Zeals Co., Ltd. is developing a chat commerce “Zeals” where you can buy products while talking with chatbots, and demand has exploded since COVID-19. In that situation, I would like to introduce the content that is challenging by evolving the service to customer service DX (Digital Transformation) that does not fit in the mail order theme with examples.
